ON A CALL WITH CHIEF GARY COPELAND

Gary Copenald is the fire chief in Senatobia, Mississippi. Because he is the chief he is continuously busy. He has all the duties of a normal fire chief, but he also directs many of the calls during the day throughout Tate County for wrecks. In Tate County the only fire department permitted to extricate is the Senatobia Fire Department, so wreck calls are a very common occurrence for this department.
