Rhetorical situations is defined by situations that can potentially happen without discourse. “In other words, a rhetorical situation is a situation where the speaker or writer sees a need to change reality and sees the change may be effected through rhetorical discourse.” This is basically saying that the writer or speaker sees a potential change that needs to be looked at. |
