Every single person on this planet is very different. I personally have been blessed to have parents that have jobs that support and give me the opportunity to have a good background in education. As an upper-middle class white eighteen year old I do not have the same struggles as others. I am blessed to have never had to worry about paying for school supplies or clothes to wear to school. Unlike Joshua in the article I have never been held back. I was not born in jail. I have never felt like an outcast that Joshua felt like. And that does not mean that I have no background that helps me write but that’s wrong. I am just the complete opposite of Joshua. We each live different lives that support and give us ideas on our writing.
