The way I describe myself as a writer is that I am a detailed writer that gives great information. I also give my thoughts that are straight to the point and is clear to what the essay is about. Some things I need to work on is using the correct grammar and punctuation. I need to work on this to become a better writer because good writers know how to use good grammar and punctuation. The time I felt successful as a writer is at the end of last semester when I wrote my final paper. I had everything put together and wrote a good reflection essay! I felt really good about how I’ve improved as a writer. Some areas that I could work on with Mr. G is that I need to know how to use punctuation in the right places. Sometimes I use unnecessary commas and semicolon’s. My learning style is a lot different than other students because I have a learning disability and it causes me to take more time to get things done.
