I find strong in ”You Better Think Before You Spit”, they have multiple examples of what the club does and how they have all different activities throughout the week. Project S.P.I.T is an organization that finds the void for poetics at the school. It is a club but also a community of 56 members. Sean was the Slam Coordinator and he was talking to him trying to get advice on how to get involved. I think there are not many weak parts in the essay except for how the essay is introduced and how the turn of events happen. I think all in all it is very strong because they also have a social media presence and have won awards for this community. Everybody really loves each other and loves what they are doing it is a certain way to express yourself. I find strong in ”The Puerto Rican Student Association: A Community Identity Analysis” how they talk about the struggles of Puerto Rico and how it has affected there lives. Because not only do they know the facts they also have background information to them that relates. It is very strong when they talk about the UCF Puerto Rican discourse community because they are connected by interests and race and really bond together. Another strong point is that they interviewed people from the discourse community and got their thoughts. They even have social media to invite other people and show them what they are really about. The only weak part I can find is how they kept going on about the social media platforms they used. However they did show sources and pictures of how their social media looks.
