The learning outcome that I am most confident about would be the conventions and mechanics. I enjoy making sure that everything is spelled correctly and that my paper makes sense so grammar is important. Something though that I still unsure about is the exploration argumentation. I don’t always understand how to combine two text and my own ideas. I don’t find it easy to combine to different text to match one topic. I think that I can reach the level of satisfaction if I dig a little deeper into my research and not just look at the words on the paper I might be able to connect the pieces better. Sometimes the text is in between the lines and not on the lines. Now that I have the rubric and understand what each section means I can go back and self edit my paper after I am finished. Even before I finish writing my paper I can use the rubric to help guide me and it will possibly make my writing easier.
