Research Talk- March 15th

I have reached out to several potential interviewees from the president of Her Campus, to even the event coordinator. Unfortunately, neither of them have yet to respond. I have read many items to elaborate my knowledge about my discourse community. I have looked at Her Campus Ole Miss social media, Her Campus Media articles, as well as feminist genres as well. I still need to brainstorm my MP3, choose a second genre to analyze just in case my interviewee bails. My main concern is that I will not get to do an interview as I hoped and planned but I have a backup plan so I am not that worried. I think the thing that has gone the best for me so far, is finding things to enhance my knowledge of my community. I also believe that I have chosen my genre to analyze and a backup if I am unable to host an interview.
