How do you see yourself growing as a writer?

I see myself gaining more wisdom and knowledge through real life experiences than anything else. I think that is one of the best ways that people not only grow as a writer but as people is through real life experiences. It gives you more to discuss, broadens your vocabulary, and helps your learn more about yourself.

Argumentative essay progress

I have began to find more credible sources from universities and trustworthy news publications that both support my thesis and provide detail to back it up. I am still looking for one more source from the library as it is much harder to find a source from a database that fully answers the question I am trying to answer.

How do predictions affect those groups of people?

It allows them to compare and contrast on what things may be correct and what things are not present in society at that time. Its gives you a good idea on the progression you expect we will make and the progession we really do make over whatever time period desired. Its a good building block to look back on a base further predictions off of your past ones.

Creativity throughout writing process

So far It has been pretty easy for me to continue to find resources and use them as needed in my paper. Some obstacles I have faced is finding sources that may not be trustworthy but seem to have some good information as well as sources that have good information but don’t have enough of it for me to actually find use for. I’ve demonstrated resourcefulness in my opinion by being able to use the different resources I’ve found and blend them into one big pile of information that ultimately backs my thesis.

Argumentative essay

So far I think the process of writing and organizing my essay has been pretty smooth. One thing that has been giving me a bit of trouble is finding sources that back my claim of fake news in media. What I mean by that is sourced who are essentially denying it occurs and providing evidence for why. 99% of the sources that I come across state how fake news is a huge problem and is everywhere but very few talk about the “positive impact” it has had on society. It does not necessarily need to be positive either, just some sort of rebuttal that disagrees with most of peoples claims regarding fake news.

Describe writing blog post

Blaise Engle

In my mind a writer is someone who is very creative and well spoken. They have a keen ability of vocalizing things they brainstorm into words, much like if they were having a conversation with somebody. Their ability to build suspense and foreshadow things hooks the reader into their piece whatever the topic might be. I think of writers as someone who think outside of the box and knows no boundaries in terms of the ideas they come up with. The dictionary definition of a writer is a person engaged in writing books, articles, stories, etc., especially as an occupation or profession; an author or journalist. a clerk, scribe, or the like. a person who commits his or her thoughts, ideas, etc., to writing: an expert letter writer,  a person who writes or is able to write: a writer in script. As for describing myself as a writer, I would describe myself as a writer kind of life I said above. I am someone who is very outside of the box when I am allowed to pick the topic I will be writing about. I am also very good at things like research papers and writing about real world topics. I would also say I am a perfectionist with the way I write, When drafting I aim for my work to be as flawless as possible so that I don’t need to do nearly as much revising during the final draft.

Summarize the article — include your reaction, thoughts, anything to help you remember its claims. 100 to 150 words it discusses the steps a writing student should take to analyze rhetorical situations to understand why they happened. Lloyd Bitzer’s definition of a rhetorical situation, put in other words by Grant-Davie is a “situation where a speaker or writer sees a need to change reality and sees that the change may be effected through rhetorical discourse” . A rhetor brings awareness of important issues to people of a community, etc, with discourse in order for those issues to be resolved. For change to occur, the constituents– exigence, audience, constraints– of the rhetorical situation must harmonize.
